District 16 members are invited to become members of the District's Speakers Bureau. This community service provides speakers for free to churches, schools, and civic organizations. You must be at least a CTM or CC and have at least three 20 to 30 minute presentations "in the can." Toastmasters from across the state of Oklahoma are invited.
