The benefit of the Toastmasters program is always being offered to new groups of people - both in the community and in corporate settings. When the District receives information about a new potential club, our volunteer leaders will contact local individuals who will help in the creation of a new club. Our District's Lt. Gov. of Marketing, Division and Area Governors can help provide information and resources useful in the creation of a new club.

When there are 20 or more potential new members interested in creating a new club, volunteer Toastmasters will be sought to join with the club as Sponsors and Mentors. These Toastmasters will help with the formation of the new club. They will work with the club to lay a solid foundation of the Toastmasters program which is invaluable for the long-term success of the club.

The "Pre Charter Clubs" listed on this page are those corporate and community efforts where active club building is taking place. We offer this list to help spark interest for people to join as charter members. The "champion" is the local point of contact for the new club formation. The "sponsor" is a Toastmaster volunteer who is dedicated to helping the club charter.
